Uploading PDFs

This guide outlines the steps to upload a new PDF to the Media Library.

Step 1: Download the PDF

  1. Download the PDF file to your computer.


Step 2: Log In to Admin

  1. Navigate to the Admin portal.

  2. Log in with your credentials.


Step 3: Navigate to PDFs

  1. From the top navigation, select Media.

  2. Click PDFs.


Step 4: Create a New PDF

  1. Click New PDF.

  2. Upload the downloaded PDF file.

  3. Complete the following required fields:

    • Title

    • Description

    • Market + Language


Step 5: Set Sort Order

  1. Set the Sort Order based on the position in which you want the PDF to appear.



Step 6: Save the PDF

  • Click Submit.


Step 7: Assign the Correct FG 

  1. Locate the appropriate FG.

  2. Click twice until a checkmark appears to confirm selection.

Important:
The FG must match the Market and its corresponding Tools.
Example:

  • United States

  • United States Tools


Step 8: Add Tags

  1. Enter the tags you want associated with the PDF.

  2. Tags determine which asset section the PDF will appear in, so ensure they are added accurately.

     


Step 9: Finalize

  • Click Submit to complete the upload.
