Uploading Images (Links)

This article outlines the steps to upload a new image as a Link in the Admin portal.

Step 1: Download the Image

  1. Open the image link.

  2. Download the image file to your computer.

Step 2: Access the Admin Portal

  1. Navigate to the Admin login page.

  2. Enter your credentials and log in.

Step 3: Navigate to Links

  1. From the main menu, select Media.

  2. Click Links.

Step 4: Create a New Link

  1. Click New Link.

  2. Upload the downloaded image file.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Title

    • Description

    • Market

    • Language

Step 5: Set the Sort Order

  1. Set the Sort Order based on the position in which you want the video to appear.

Step 6: Submit the Link

  1. Click Submit.

Step 7: Assign the Correct FG

  1. Locate the appropriate FG.

  2. Click twice until a checkmark appears to confirm selection.

    • The FG will match the Market you want the image added and its corresponding Tools.

    • Example:

      • United States

      • United States Tools

Step 8: Add Tags

  1. Enter the tags you want associated with the video.

  2. Tags determine which asset section the video will appear in, so ensure they are added accurately.


Step 9: Final Submission

  1. Click Submit to save all updates.
