Learn how to use the Feed section to view notifications, track activity, and manage alerts including unread messages, actions, and reminders.

The Feed section is your central hub for all notifications and alerts within the app. It allows you to stay up to date on important updates from your company, as well as activity related to your content and contacts.

What You’ll See in the Feed:

  • Corporate alerts and announcements
  • Pulse alerts and updates
  • Activity alerts (example: content views and engagement)
  • Notifications related to reorders or purchases
  • Other important system or user-driven updates

How the Feed is Organized:

  • The most recent notifications appear at the top
  • Older notifications can be viewed by scrolling down
  • Each alert is grouped by date
  • Every alert includes a timestamp showing when it was received

How to Refresh the Feed:

  1. Navigate to the Feed section
  2. Pull down on the screen
  3. Release to refresh and load the latest alerts

How to Identify Unread Alerts:

  • Unread alerts display a dot in the upper left corner
  • Opening the alert will mark it as read

How to Filter Alerts:
At the top of the Feed, you can toggle between:

  • Actions (activity-based alerts)
  • Reminders (task or follow-up alerts)

How to Open an Alert:

  1. Tap on any alert
  2. View detailed information
  3. Interact with available options, which may include:
    • Deep links to content
    • Calendar invites
    • Additional context or instructions

Regularly check your Feed to stay informed and take action on important alerts or opportunities.


Common Issues:

Not seeing new alerts

  • Pull to refresh the Feed

Alerts appear outdated

  • Check the timestamp and date grouping

Unread alerts not clearing

  • Tap into the alert to mark it as read

  • Check your Feed daily for updates
  • Focus on unread alerts first
  • Use Actions and Reminders filters to prioritize tasks
  • Act quickly on engagement alerts to improve follow-up timing
