How to Use Search in the Media Section
The search feature in the Media section allows you to quickly find and share content across the platform. Search is not limited to titles. It scans all content, including text within PDFs, videos, and other media assets. This makes it easy to locate content even if you do not know the exact name.
Where to Find Search:
Navigate to the Media tab and locate the search bar at the top of the screen.
How to Search for Content:
- Tap into the search bar
- Begin typing a keyword (example: Enrollment)
- Review the suggested searches that appear
- Select a suggestion or continue typing to refine results
How Results Are Displayed:
- Results include content with matching titles
- Results include content that mentions or relates to your keyword
- Results include content where the keyword appears inside PDFs, videos, or other media
- Results are organized by category or asset section for easy navigation
What Makes Search Powerful:
- Searches inside content, not just titles
- Includes PDFs, videos, and media descriptions
- Surfaces related content even if the keyword is only mentioned
- Automatically groups results for faster browsing and sharing
What to Do Next:
- Tap the asset you want to view
- Review the content
- Tap Share to send it to a contact
Common Issues:
Not finding expected results
- Try broader or simpler keywords (example: Enroll instead of Enrollment Bundle)
Too many results
- Use more specific terms to narrow your search
Best Practices:
- Start with general keywords, then refine
- Use suggested searches to quickly navigate categories
- Think in terms of topics, not exact titles
- Use search to discover additional relevant content
