How to Use Favorites in the Media Section

The Favorites feature allows you to quickly access your most-used content by saving assets into a dedicated Favorites section. This makes it easy to find and share frequently used materials without searching each time.

How to Favorite an Asset:

  1. Navigate to the Media section
  2. Tap on an asset to open it
  3. Tap the heart icon
  4. When the heart icon turns red or pink, the asset is saved to your Favorites

Where to Find Favorited Assets:

  • Once you favorite an asset, a new Favorites section will appear in your Media view
  • This section contains all assets you have marked as favorites

How to Remove an Asset from Favorites:

  1. Open the asset from the Favorites section
  2. Tap the heart icon again to turn it off
  3. Pull to refresh the Media section
  4. The asset will be removed from Favorites

Important Notes:

  • Assets removed from Favorites will no longer appear in the Favorites section after refresh
  • To add the asset back, you must locate it again and re-favorite it

How to Organize Favorites:

  • You can reorder assets within the Favorites section
  • Tap and drag assets to arrange them in your preferred order
  • Organize based on frequency of use or priority

What to Do Next:
Add your most commonly shared assets to Favorites so they are always easy to access when needed.

Asset not appearing in Favorites

  • Ensure the heart icon is turned on

Asset not removed from Favorites

  • Pull to refresh the Media section

Unable to find removed asset

  • Use search or browse asset sections to locate and re-favorite

Best Practices:

  • Favorite assets you use daily or weekly
  • Keep your Favorites section clean and relevant
  • Reorder assets so your most important content is at the top
