How to Use Actions and Reminders in the Feed Section

The Feed section includes two primary functionalities: Actions and Reminders. These tools help you stay informed on activity and manage follow-ups, ensuring you never miss important updates or opportunities.

How to Switch Between Actions and Reminders:

  • At the top of the Feed screen, toggle between Actions and Reminders
  • Selecting either option will change the available controls on the right-hand side

Using Reminders:

How to Create a Reminder:

  1. Navigate to the Feed section
  2. Select Reminders at the top
  3. Tap the stopwatch icon
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Start date
    • End date
    • Repetition (if needed)
  5. Save the reminder

What Reminders Are Used For:

  • Follow-ups with contacts
  • Team meetings
  • Reorders or customer check-ins
  • Personal task management

Managing Reminders:

  • View all reminders داخل the Reminders section
  • Edit or delete reminders as needed

Using Actions:

Actions display activity and notifications related to your account, including:

  • Shares
  • Views and engagement
  • Requests or announcements
  • Live stream updates
  • Direct messages
  • Contests

How to Filter Actions:

  1. Select Actions at the top of the Feed
  2. Use the filter controls to toggle specific notification types on or off
  3. Adjust based on what activity you want to see

Sorting Actions:

  • You can organize actions based on your preferences
  • Sorting helps prioritize the most important updates

Important Notes:

  • If you are not seeing certain notifications, your filters may be turned off
  • Update your filters to ensure all desired activity is visible
