How to Refresh Content in the Media Section Ensuring You Have The Most Updated View
The Media section requires a manual refresh to display the latest content, including new assets, updates, and changes made by your company. Pulling to refresh ensures you are always viewing the most current information available.
Where to Refresh Content:
Navigate to the Media tab. At the top of the screen, you will see a refresh indicator with the last updated date.
How to Refresh Content:
- Go to the Media tab
- Place your finger on the screen near the top of the page
- Pull down until the refresh indicator appears
- Release to trigger the refresh
How to Confirm a Refresh:
- After refreshing, the “Updated” timestamp at the top will reflect the most recent update
- Example: “Updated Wed Apr 22” indicates the last successful refresh
How It Works:
- Refreshing pulls in the latest content from the platform
- This includes updates to:
- Media assets
- Banners
- Asset sections
- Any newly published or updated content
What to Do Next:
After refreshing, scroll through the Media section to view newly updated or added content.
