How to Customize and Reorder Asset Sections in Media

The Media section allows you to customize how asset sections appear so you can quickly access the content that matters most. While your company sets a default structure, you can personalize your view by showing, hiding, and reordering sections.

How to Customize Asset Sections:

  1. Tap the toggle icon in the upper right corner
  2. Review the list of available asset sections
  3. Use the toggle switch to turn sections on or off
    • Green means the section is visible
    • Gray means the section is hidden
  4. To reorder sections, press and hold the three-line icon next to a section
  5. Drag and drop the section into your preferred position
  6. Tap Done to save your changes

How It Works:

  • Hidden sections will not appear in your Media view
  • You will not see updates or content from hidden sections
  • Visible sections will display in the order you set

What to Do Next:
After customizing your view, scroll through your Media section to confirm your preferred sections and order are applied.

Common Issues:

Changes not saving

  • Make sure you tap Done before exiting

Missing content

  • Check if the asset section is turned off

Sections not in expected order

  • Re-enter edit mode and drag sections into the correct position

Best Practices:

  • Keep frequently used sections at the top
  • Reorder sections based on how you typically share content
  • Periodically review your setup as new content is added
